About Us
Home Plans and Design
Master Builders will work with you to find commercial home plans, modify existing
plans or design a truly custom home for you. We are experienced at all levels of
development of construction plans from simple changes to major expansions to complete
design work to meet you personal requirements and maximize the use and value of your
property.
Financial Management
Based on final plans we will develop, with your active participation, a detailed budget itemizing all the many hundreds of line items that it takes to build a home.
We have developed a payment system over several years by listening to our customers.
The customer has complete control over payment of invoices for material and labor and therefore never has any question as to where the money is going and where expenses stand against the original budget estimate.
Master Builders will never have control of
your funds.
Master Builders does not require payment of any monies for material or services that
have not been completed in a satisfactory and professional manner. That includes
payment of fees to Master Builders.
Master Builders will receive and approve for payment all invoices for material and labor
and authorize the owner to pay directly only for material delivered and/or work
completed. Quick Books Professional is used to manage the bill paying process and you
will receive two reports with each request for payment. One is a Bills Authorized for
Payment report that summarizes all invoices included in that bill period. Every time you
receive a request for payment you will receive a Budget vs Actual report that displays
exactly where you stand against the original budget estimate. At the end of each month
Master Builders will bill you only for a percentage of expenses incurred in that month.
Construction Management
We supervise all subcontractors by being on site every day work is being preformed.
All of our subcontractors have been with us for many years through many construction projects.
These people have remained with Master Builders because of superior quality of work.
